Spider - Callobius - female

Spider - Callobius - Female
Binghamton, Broome County, New York, USA
March 22, 2009
Size: 1 inch x 3/4 inch
This came home with a pair of knee pads purchased at Lowes Hardware. It was hiding between the spongy part of the pad and the hard outer plastic part. It appears to be a female because of the pedipalps, and I have found images of spiders with similar body shapes and size, however, I have not found anything that has that milky white spot on its back.

Hacklemesh Weaver?
I don't remember seeing one with this black and white abdomen before.
