Oemopteyx glacialis
Hi Marcie-

Yes, the insect in your photos is a stonefly.  I believe it to be Oemopteryx glacialis, which is in family Taeniopterygidae (Winter Stoneflies).  And, based on the shortened forewings, it would be a male.
