Tiny female wasp? - Calliephialtes grapholithae

Size: about 12mm

The length listed (~12mm) was not counting what I believe is the ovipositor. Beautiful, blue and red colors. She doesn't look like any of the other wasps I've taken photos of around my house.

Female ichenumon wasp. The variety of forms among the members of this family is staggering.
