Moved
Moved from Pygmy Grasshoppers.

I found this one,
also in the half submersed vegetation on the bank of a lake

Nearly the same pattern!
It is an excellent swimmer! My grasshopper repeatedly ran away to the water and swam to the edge of the water. Finally, it flew toward my shoes and sit there for a time.

In my experience, Korean pygmy grasshoppers show similar behavior. They frequently ran away to the water.
