Taphrocerus sp.
Genus is easy, but don't know ND fauna well enough to guess sp.

 
Three are possible in ND
T. chevrolati, T. gracilis, T. Schaefferi, schaefferi does not have pubescence on the elytra, so thats out, gracilis is expected to occur here but not collected to date, and chevrolati is known from one record in far eastern ND. might that help Phillip?

I'd say T. chevrolati - I have the other two sp. in SC and it's not those, so ...
