Family Opomyzidae ? - Geomyza tripunctata

Size: 3 mm
This 3 mm long fly was sitting on the outside glass of our patio door this afternoon. I think it's in the Family Opomyzidae but I'm not certain. That's 2 days in a row that I've seen insects out and about. There's still snow on the ground here.
