I think this was about 2 mm.
The abdomen is flattened, taller than it is wide.
Found walking fast on a wooden garden chair.

Yes.
This is probably a wingless generation of a gall wasp, family Cynipidae. I know! One of the many things I have learned from Buggide myself:-)
