Pronotum with distinct tufts of black scales; male has pair of small scale-tufted tubercles on basal margin of ventrite 5(1)

Habitat
Has been collected from poison sumac vines, underneath the bark of pecan, in Lindgren funnel trap, and reared from Toxicodendron radicans and Acer saccharum. (1)
Reported to be collected by beating hickory, sifting old leaves, and from dead twigs. (2)
