Philopotamidae
Unless (until?) someone is able to examine this specimen closely, I think it is safe to move it to family.

Possibly, but...
most of the philopotamid larvae are very similar. Without a closeup of the head, all I can say is that it looks like Philopotamidae. Wait for Donald.
