Haven't you taken this from Dummer before? They do get to a bit on the whopper side of mayflies.

This is an immature specimen. It is too large to be Baetidae, and the antennae (though hard to see) are short.

 
Correction (?)
Perhaps you can see this better than I can, Tom, but the ventral shot appears to show a bifid claw on the foreleg. If so, this is probably Metretopodidae (Siphloplecton?). The other claws also seem a bit long for Siphlonurus.

 
Cleftfoot
I added another photo that shows the front leg, and it's indeed cleft.

Yes
I could see the cleft foot on the other one with the red stripe down it's back.
