No size...
No indication of size, but I strongly suspect this is actually a species of Thyanta. Moving back to family page for now.

I'm not sure how size will separate those two, since they seem about the same to me? I'd guess that it was around 12 mm? What I think of as average for a green stink bug.

 
Chlorchroa are much larger
Species of Chlorochroa, in my experience anyway, are about a third again the size of the average Thyanta.

 
Could it be red-shouldered
I just added an id request and referenced yours - I don't know if this helps. I am looking for an expert.
