Yes.
Genus is probably Telamona. Dr. Andy Hamilton can probably give you a species from such a great image.

Telamona maculata
This has one of the largest crests on the back of any of our treehoppers. It is sometimes put in the genus Helonica, which others treat as a subgenus.
