Millipede - Xystocheir dissecta?

Millipede - Xystocheir dissecta?
Windy Hill OSP, Portola Valley, San Mateo County, California, USA
April 10, 2009
Size: about 4cm
It was around 40 degrees give or take 5 degrees tonight. In the leaf litter and trail, I saw probably 10-12 of these around 9:00 p.m., spotted with my UV flashlight. Under white light, they were difficult to see.
