This feature is not present in any of the reared specimens of Acrocercops astericola uploaded to BugGuide.
An undescribed species in an undescribed genus is similar to L. venusta, but in the single example available for comparison, the forewing ground color is paler and the front and middle tibiae are pure white (unmarked):
