Bee - Sphecodes

Bee - Sphecodes
Konawa, Seminole County, Oklahoma, USA
April 10, 2009
Size: 3mm (1/8")
Bee on Fleabane.
Please forgive the image quality. This can be frassed after ID.
However, in my defense, the wind was blowing around 40-45mph and was very difficult to get any image at all.

Please help with ID.

Bee - Sphecodes Bee - Sphecodes

Nomada

Not Nomada.
This is in the genus Sphecodes, a halictid rather than an apid. Both are parasites of other bees, though.
