What are the odds of someone being able to ID beyond aphid? Just curious. Thanks.

I'd say the odds are small.
Little orange guys and those found on roses have some chance. BTW, if possible, include info on the host plant.

I think it's a Wamsutta Aphid.

 
Nope
They don't sell Wamsutta at Family Dollar store. With California having the largest distribution of aphids in the country, I'd think you'd know. Writers.
