Size: ~ 5 mm ?
Found under the bark of a dead tree. My best guess is Omaliinae...

Hmm....for Acidota we need coarse punctation on the abdomen which I don't really see. I usually only do Omaliines with a key in front of me, perhaps Don would know.

know this one - I try to stay away from non-New England taxa, but it isn't an Acidota.
