Size: ~ 1/2 inch
Came to porch light. On most (all?) pictures of Psilocorsis reflexella, the row of dots is closer to the fringe than it is on this moth. But I think maybe that's what it is anyway (the plain form).

I agree that it is similar but not sure how to eliminate members of other families. Take a look at Glyphidoceridae for example.
