This is probably Chrysotus simulans Van Duzee.(1)

Male?
Marshall's book(1) implies only the male has reflective palps.

Ditto the family ID and call for sharper image. I bet someone can give us a genus, if not species, ID.

These guys are hard to shoot... Very small and it has been windy here every day.
