Probably near glabra
This appears to be a variety of Thaumatomyia glabra in Sabrosky's 1943 key, but may now be considered a distinct species.

Moved
Moved from Chloropinae.

Thaumatomyia
Base on the margined scutellum and the apically positioned scutellar bristles I am quite confident that it is this genus.
