Spelobia ochripes (Meigen, 1830). Collected from leaf litter. This introduced species is readily identifiable as it is the only Spelobia with red patches on the head.
Specimen identified from Marshall(1), confirmed by S.A. Marshall.

earlier today i was looking for this pic to tell you this is a spaherocerid -- but you apparently removed it after that nasty comment of mine...
