It appears to be Euryurus leachii, usually found in rotting hardwoods.

Maybe a Harpaphe or Sigmoria sp.?

 
It looks closer to Sigmoria t
It looks closer to Sigmoria than Harpaphe to me.... The Harpaphe look much "rounder" than this guy was. I found another one of these, but it was a much lighter tan color with the orange tips.

 
There are a few more genera to compare it to
I could try with that, but I am not an expert with millipedes.
