Beetle - Ptosima gibbicollis
Sand Springs, Osage County, Oklahoma, USA

Size: 5mm (3/16")
Very beautiful beetle. It really stood out against the green. At first I thought it was a weird looking Stirellus bicolor leafhopper but obviously it's a beetle. Looks to me to be a Buprestidae and a Redbud Borer - Ptosima gibbicollis.
Please help with ID.
