Probably Rhithrogena
The anastomosed veins near the top of the leading edge of the forewing (stigmatic area) and the dark streak on the femur suggest the ID for this heptageniid. Although possibly a photographic artifact (foreshortening), I suspect that the short rear leg was probably damaged and regenerated at some point.
