Trichoptera: Hydropsychidae??
One of the Hydropsychidae I think. The maxillary palpi are very long, but would need to see them more closely to be sure.

Philopotamidae: Chimarra maybe
John Weaver came by and looked at it, and says very likely Philopotamidae, probably Chimarra, and possibly Chimarra aterrima.
