Dr Hamilton will likely know. Any adults around?

Thanks
maybe Metcalfa pruinosa, no adults yet.

not Metcalfa
That's an eastern genus.

Nor is it Ormenis saucia, whose nymphs have only 4 spots on the thorax. Keep watching for adults!
