Moth - Dichomeris ochripalpella

Moth - Dichomeris ochripalpella
Albany, Carroll County, New Hampshire, USA
August 2, 2005

...
This was identified by Terry Harrison as another Dichomeris ochripalpella.

Fantastik Foto Tom!
This is your third similar photo in this genus (Dichomeris) but I suspect more than one species, and possibly an undescribed species. This one has gold marks along the costa not seen in the other two. I think one or more is D. ochripalpella based on descriptions of head parts and antennae in Hodges' MONA Fascicle on Gelechiidae. I'll send all three photos to Hodges, but it may take a while to hear back from him.

Thanks Bob
Lets keep our fingers crossed, and maybe some of these can be identified.
