It sure does have the MO of
It sure does have the MO of Sosippus.

Kind of resembles Sosippus californicus. But, I'm no expert on lycosids, let alone this genus.

 
Right
and based on the comments in on the other ones in the guide I'm going to go ahead and move it to Sosippus californicus. It is the only species listed for this genus in CA here.
