Not diving beetle.
This is a water scavenger beetle, family Hydrophilidae, maybe genus
Tropisternus
. Your ventral shot clearly shows the "keel" spine running down the middle of the underside, a hallmark of hydrophilids. The long "antennae" are actually one set of palps. The antennae are very short, clubbed, and used to obtain air at the water's surface. Awesome shots!
