Size: about 2 mm.
Found on newly cut Red Oak tree stump.
They seem to be most active late afternoon into the evening

Maybe the same, I'm not sure, the other one seemed more slender, but I don't really know.
I will try to collect a few. I saw some today, maybe the will be around for awhile.
