I think this might be Horned Passalus (Odontotaenius disjunctus) but I would rather wait for an expert opinion.

I agree too, I found an O. disjunctus this past fall, looked exactly the same. I am by no means a photographer though, awesome pictures

I found this...
...on a dock along the Mississippi River.
