Size: ~2.5cm
This robber let me shoot him? for several minutes but was off in a flash when I tried for a wing venation shot.
Any ID help is appreciated.

Proctacanthus
Species. With four in AZ. I have not seen three of the species there. Will check later at home. Dr. Fisher may know it on sight.

 
I think this probably is Proc
I think this probably is Proctacanthella exquisita -- based on coloration visible in photo and reported size. The very distinctive dark brown linear markings on the dorsal side of this species do not show in this view.
