Fly - Cynomya cadaverina

Fly - Cynomya cadaverina
Newburyport, Essex County, Massachusetts, USA
April 26, 2009
Size: about 1/2-3/4 in.
I followed this fly (really it followed me) for a hour in the park when I was eating lunch. All this time I thought it was a Blue Bottle Fly but then I looked it up and I was wrong.

Wrong?
How are you wrong? Looks like probably Cynomya cadaverina to me. Nice image. Definitely Calliphoridae at any rate. What, pray tell, was in your lunch? :-)
