Horned Dung Beetle, Copris lunaris ?
I wonder if this is what you have there, or at least maybe the right genus. The images I'm finding don't seem to match the thorax exactly.

neat dung beetle
That's a cool dung beetle. For a slightly more detailed image, I recommend blasting it with a little bit of fill flash. If you have a point and shoot camera, the popup may or may not work without shadow problems. If dSLR, a ringlight is great to have. Either way, it's a cool critter! The angle you have it framed is very nice artistically speaking.
