Is this Exoprosopa caliptera? - Exoprosopa dorcadion
Taken near Spring Creek near Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County, California, USA

I took this photo in a meadow that was pretty marshy. Spring Creek is south of Emerald Bay. There were tadpoles/frogs and abundant Dragonflies and Damselflies in the meadow as well.

ID
This is the high elevation Exoprosopa dorcadion. It is related to and confused with both E. jonesi and E. caliptera. Check out the last blob of dark color near the tip of the wing on the leading edge: In caliptera, it spills past the vein; in jonesi, it comes up short of the vein; and in dorcadion, it perfectly matches it.

Thanks!
I appreciate the help. ;-)
