Unfortunately this is the only pic I managed to get. I guess the flash scared it and it jump down to another leaf then I couldn't find it again.

Please help with ID if possible.

Are you fairly confident? I wasn't sure if I should have even posted it because of the odd angle and lack of detail. Do you think I should frass it?

 
Well I just saw
that you also posted a female Dictyna. If you found these two together I'd say that clinches it.

Actually, they were about 5-6 inches apart on separate leaves of the same plant.
