Might be good to look for more, and see if they all fit in the guidelines for minuta.

M. minuta?
Possibly M. minuta, confined to TX. If possible, confirm pronotum NOT punctate.

 
leaning towards M. minuta...
Some Photoshop level and contrast adjustment isn't showing any distinct punctures, and although I've been accused of relying too thoroughly on Gordon's maps, M. misella doesn't appear to occur this far west in Texas. Still not sure, but I'm definitely leaning towards M. minuta.
