Numerous small galls on upper surface of red elm (Ulmus rubra) sapling in upland oak forest.

Moved from Aceria campestricola.
I'm changing my mind about these... the images I just moved to the Aceria campestricola section are a much better match for Keifer's description of that species' galls. The aphid galls on elm are a confusing mess, but I think this genus is right.
