I'm happy with this image, which is a composite of 2 photos that I made in Photoshop (nothing different between the two but the focal distance).

I was astonished to see all the scales when I looked under the scope.

 
i just took a 2-mm cryptorhynchine under my porch light
...and looked at its scaly armor under the scope!
