Jumping Spider
This is a jumping spider (Family: Salticidae).

There is a very similar to:

and has been listed as Habronattus decorus.

Someone else able to confirm?

I think it's reasonable
I haven't seen anything else with this pattern. Here's a cute little movie of one. It's the last one on the page.
