You're far enough north to likely be out of the range for G. buscki.

If I had to pick one......
If I had to pick one......even though disection is required for positive i.d. I would say that this most likely is that of geina bucksi. Rusty color, abdomen brown with white lateral lines on some segments and a broad white band at base at least according to the description in Peterson's Field Guide to Moths. This example matches it's photograph provided almost exactly. Page 127.

 
Jason, if you can ID Plume moths,
there are a great number that need help on the genus page, on the tribe page and on the Family page. Lots of these have been sitting for a long time without an ID, many not even to genus. Thanks

.... according to Debbie Matthews, Referee for Pterophoridae at Moth Photographers Group. Very often Pterophorids cannot be identified to species without dissection.
