Longhorned Beetles - Euderces reichei

Longhorned Beetles - Euderces reichei
Sand Springs, Osage County, Oklahoma, USA
May 10, 2009
Size: 5mm (3/16")
I again thought these were maybe Carpenter ants until I got them on the computer. I now believe them to be Longhorned Beetles. I saw another pair like this also but just briefly on this same plant.

Please help with ID if possible but if not they can be frassed. I didn't bother to get any more detailed pics because initially they looked like ants (or maybe my eyesight is starting to go). Of course I couldn't figure out why ants would be in a seemingly mating posture but.....

Euderces reichei, i believe

Very cool
I did not know long-horned beetles could look so much like ants.
