Identification
This very nice photo looks like a female Neriene clathrata (no common name). This is a difficult group (Linyphiidae) and any ID from a photo is tentative, but this does look like N. clathrata to me.

 
Montana ?
Indeed a difficult group. I would agree with Neriene, but clathrata normally does not have annulated legs. This looks more like N. montana, but I am not sure whether the species is present in N America ?
