Found at UV light near pond in wooded area of a flood plain.
My best match is 9146 Delightful Bird-dropping - Acontia delecta: MPG and Line

Now identified as Tarache delecta in BOLD. Identified reference specimens are now available there.

DNA results
Supported at the Acontia (Tarache) genus level by DNA barcoding BOLD LPOKB686-09
There is another matching specimen from this location.
Tarache delecta reference specimens are not yet in BOLD.
