Elaphrus ruscarius
based on my microscopic examination of this photo-vouchered specimen. The punctures on ventral surface are characteristically coarse compared to the fine punctures seen in closely related species. I propose that your beautiful images serve as BugGuide's "photo-type" for this widespread eastern species. Thanks Jeff.
