What Kind of Larva - Pristiphora rufipes

These larva? were found eating up the leaves on columbine. The larva showed up about 2 weeks after these wasp critters were seen hanging around the columbine. Any connection? Are the green round things on larva feces or some type of paratization? I'm wondering because of the last 2 photos with the green "things" and dead larva.

Pristiphora aquilegiae (Vollenhoven)
An introduced species that feeds on columbine. Adult matches adults of this species.

There is a connection
I think that they are sawfly (type of wasp) larvae, and they become the black wasp that you posted. The green round things are feces, and it is hard for me to tell, but the last image may be a molted skin, rather than a dead larva.
