Note the subcylindrical antennae, characteristic to Tomocerus. In Pogonognathellus the antennae are apically tapering.

 
I see...
that now. At first glance, it just looked like this fellow's antennae were much longer than the other T. minor you identified for me. But I can definitely see the antennae shape difference. Thanks!!
