very small beetle on an oak... the only picture i got before it fell off and was lost forever. will frass later.

I want to say Phalacrid, but
I want to say Phalacrid, but do not consider this an ID, as small beetles are far and away from what I'm used to, and even on that stuff my opinion doesn't carry much weight.
