Pteromalid...
After magnification, you can see the well-developed stigma and stigmal vein within the patterned forewing which confirms this wasp as a chalcid. The metallic coloration, sculptured head and armored thorax, and five-segmented tarsi indicate a pteromalid. The bicolored antennae and unusual mottled wing pattern may be helpful in species identification down the road.
