Habitat of Habronattus mataxus - Habronattus mataxus

Habitat of Habronattus mataxus - Habronattus mataxus
Pade Island National Seashore, Corpus Christi County, Texas, USA
March 20, 2009
Size: 3-4mm
Not sure if this is allowed, but I thought an image of the habitat of H. mataxus may be in some way useful (if this is unwanted, it can be frassed)

All the H. mataxus I found were in these dunes near the beach.

nice to have ..
suggest you uncheck the representative box [so this doesn't show up in regular browse view] and then add image as thumbnail on info page under habitat for species. I've done that for this.

I like it
This is important information, because habitat can be a clue for identifying an unknown spider.
